The cost of the two-day in-person weekend seminar is $595.00 per person. Discounts may apply (see below).

This seminar fee includes all course materials. Meals and lodging are not included. Our seminars are held at airport locations, so if you fly in you should not need to rent a car. Please be sure to read our reservation policy and cancellation policy (see below).

The cost of the two-day Internet weekend webinar is $195.00 per person. There are no discounts for the webinar. You may cancel up to one week prior to the webinar date and receive a full refund.

The following applies to in-person seminars (not to webinars)...

Discounts:

• Early sign-up discount: You'll receive an automatic $50.00 discount if you sign up at least 45 days before the class start date.
• Association discount: You'll also receive an automatic $50.00 discount if you are a current member of one of the aircraft owner associations that are sponsoring this seminar. (If you sign up early, you'll also receive the $50.00 early sign-up discount.) Current sponsor organizations include American Bonanza Society, Cessna Pilots Association, and Cirrus Owners & Pilots Association. (If your association or type club is not on this list, ask them to contact us.)
• Partner discount: If you sign up for the seminar and wish bring your spouse, aircraft partner or mechanic to take the course with you, your partner will be charged only $297.50 (one-half the normal $595.00 course fee). NOTE: This offer is strictly limited to one partner per participating aircraft owner. Partners taking advantage of this half-price offer are not eligible for additional discounts for early sign-up or association membership.
• Group discount: If you belong to (or assemble) a group of five or more aircraft owners interested in attending a course together, we can offer you a very attractive group rate. If you have ten or more interested in attending, we may be able to schedule a special seminar at your location. Please contact Mike Busch by email to arrange group discounts and special seminars.

Reservation policy:

• Class reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Each class is limited to a maximum of 25 participants, so we suggest you reserve your spot as early as possible.
• If a class is full, we will place you on a waiting list. We require those wishing to be wait-listed to furnish credit card information, but we will not charge your card unless and until we are able to confirm your reservation as the result of a cancellation.
• If fewer than 15 students have signed up for a class as of 30 days prior to the class start date, Savvy Aviator, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the class and refund your seminar fee in full or apply it to a future class (at your option).

Cancellation policy:

• If you cancel 30 days or more before the class start date, we will refund your seminar fee in full or apply it to a future class (at your option).
• If you cancel 15-29 days before the class start date, we will apply your seminar fee to a future class.
• If you cancel fewer than 15 days before the class start date, you will forfeit your seminar fee.
• If the class is cancelled by Savvy Aviator, Inc. for any reason, we will refund your seminar fee in full or apply it to a future class (at your option).
